Well, somehow two months have passed by...
Thanksgiving, Christmas, visits from family, eating "real" food, New Years, double ear infections, sitting up, a 6 month birthday and now RSV. This list sums up the time I've missed.
We celebrated my birthday this year with decorating the Christmas tree and eating a good variety of cheeses, meats, olive oil, bread, and wine.
Britta and Tess took photos with Santa.
Cuddles and snuggles in bed have been a favorite pastime this winter.
One of Britta's favorite spots is on the changing table. She makes funny little noises and giggles and giggles while she lays there.
Baby hats are just the cutest.
Britta was all smiles before heading to Matt's work Christmas party. Unfortunately it was just too many people and too late at night for her to stay happy very long. We left fairly early because she was fussy.
More snuggles.
Britta enjoys showing off her new skill!
We know Britta is sleepy when her thumb goes in her mouth and she rubs her eyes. Now she also likes holding her blankie, my hair, or any tag or string in her thumb while she sucks it.
We celebrated Christmas eve with some friends, cookies, lots of good food, and church.
We opened presents in our new PJs on Christmas morning.
We also enjoyed playing with all of our new things while waiting for Grandma and Great Grandma to arrive.
Tessa and Britta are good pals now!
Four generations plus a pup!
On New Years Britta got ear infections in both ears, and had to have shots and an antibiotic. No one was happy about it!
